when do they take a house off mls
when do they take a house ur buying off mls.. once ur under contract?

technically they should take it down asap so as to keep the MLS up to date at all times. but alot of REA are lazy and dont update their listings which is a huge pain in the azz.

Yea just today I was inquiring about a number of homes we found online & 3 of the 5 were sold!! 
She told us the higher the # the more recent...(I never realized)
195030 is more recent than 192033

our house that we are in the process of buying came off mls once the sellers had signed the contract and had put our down payment in escrow
