When do you call RE if you don't get AF? UPDATE

So tomorrow is CD 34. My normal is 28 days. The longest was probably 30 days. I had an IVF last cycle which ended in a low beta of 5. I got AF as soon as I stopped my meds. I had an endo biopsy 3 weeks ago and bled from that but it wasn't AF. I also started acupuncture 3 weeks ago so maybe that is effecting something. I also started taking Cabergoline once a week for Prolactin. I got some lines but not really dark on the OPK around cd 14.

So where is AF? Now that it is late I won't be able to do a FET this cycle as planned bc my 2 frozen ones are at rsofny and they are closed the last 2 weeks of December. So upset about that.

Any experience? When do I call RE?

I really have no idea how I am getting through all of this,its terrible.

UPDATE: Got AF on CD 35- Thanksgiving. My longest cycle ever. I went to Andy and whatever he did worked bc the next morning AF was here. Went to my RE today. We are going to do a FET. Tomorrow his nurse will figure out the schedule with RSofNY since my frozen embryos are there. We will either start now or wait a little bit since the lab will be closed the end of December. Either way here we go again. Hoping being on cabergoline, doing a frozen instead of fresh cycle, and acupuncture helps us FINALLY get a true BFP.

Acu absolutely changed my cycle this month - I had a 37 day cycle and I normally have a 31 day cycle. She extended my LP to a full 2 weeks in my first month of acu (from a 10 day LP)

I would wait a week abd then see if Dr Z can give you a shot of Provera.

Okay thanks. I'm upset bc now I can't do the FET in December. Well I'm upset right now for many reasons but thats adding to it. I went to acupuncture today and Andy said whatever he was doing would help to bring AF on. Hopefully it comes soon, but it doesn't matter bc I can't cycle this month. I'll wait until early next week to call my RE if its not here.

Yessssssss!!!! I told you he works wonders with AF!! Lol!
I am also starting a new cycle and am attempting either an IUI or medicated timed intercourse. At least we will be cycle buddies lol

Thanks. So I called rsofny to see when they r actually closed since my frozen embryos r there. They said if I'm a normal responder than I should be fine to start. Re had me start estrace yesterday so waiting for the nurse at my office to call with the details.
