i got ss# about 2-3 weeks after she was born. i was told it could take up to 2-3 months to get the birth certificate

I got the Birth cert the week we came home. I still have not recvd the SS #.

Most people kept telling me their's came around 3 weeks or so but by 7 weeks mine still had not arrived. Turns out the hospital had my address wrong - good thing I called.
