When Does The Second Trimester Start?
Week 13 of 14. I assumed 13. A women wrote me back in a previous post and said I will feel better at WEEK 14 when th second trimester begins. I am confused. I am 11 weeks 3 days today. So I thought I'd be finished with my first tri on Sunday when I am 12 weeks 1 day, no?

from the looks of things on pregnancy.org week 15 is the first week of the second trimester

Some of my books said the 2nd tri starts after the 12th week ends but a bunch of them said that the start of your 14th week is the start of the 2nd tri. I am 14wks. today so I guess I am there no matter what now!!

40 divided by 3 is 13.33 so I will say 14. Thats ok, you'll get there

i was so bummed when at my 12 week appointment my OB told me I wouldnt be in my second tri for 2 more weeks!
