When HCG reaches 0...

Do you then have to wait 4 weeks for AF? or is the 4-6 weeks considered from the time of the MC? I am so confused by the spotting bc I think its from the MC

your body should send off a signal to ovulate then approx 2 weeks later you will get AF. I would expect your AF in the next 3 weeks I guess.

I got AF exactly 5 weeks after D&C.

i think you can't ovulate until it's down to 0...then once you ovulate AF will come which for most is about 2 weeks later...

i would think it might take a week or two after being at 0 to actually ovulate though - i don't think you'd instantly release an egg once the levels went to 0 - i think your body would just start preparing to do it's normal cycle, so maybe in the next week or so you'll ovulate? that would be my guess...

i think i might have ovulated already b/c i had weird pains over the weekend (2weeks post d&c) and now i feel major pms...but it could be anything really...my body feels wrecked so i have no idea - but i think something is brewing

You can O before it hits 0... i believe if its under 200 you can...
