When/how did you start taking them out alone?
Ok, DC are 6.5 weeks today and have only been out to the pediatrician so far. It is VERY important to me that they (and I) are comfortable going out to public places but I have no idea how to start. I want to start doing this soon so I get used to it and I know it will only get harder. I think DH is even more nervous than me so I'm in this alone  .
When did you all start taking them out by yourself? Where did you go? How was it? Advice? Thanks

6 weeks. Mostly to the mall, target, etc.
I just used the snap-n-go.
Where do you live again? Maybe we could meet up sometime?

I was out with them and my almost three year old pretty early, probably 3-4 weeks. I love the double snap and go.

I live in the city so it was a little different for me! I was out with them when they were 5 days old..I had errands to run and LOVED my double snap & go!

As long as you have a double stroller you will be fine... it really isnt going to be as hard as you think. Now to try going out with 3 by myself....I still havent done that bc I dont have a triple stroller . Going out with 2 of the was a piece of cake we would go to the mall... for a walk in the park or to a friends house

Thanks everyone - I have a double Snap & Go. I am going to do it this week!

Also, you will be surprised at how helpful people are when you go out....I was so nervous I wouldn't be able to get in and out of stores easily with doors, etc..I think everytime I go out, someone opens the door for me..lol

How is it in the city with twins? I am due with my twins this summer and also live in NYC. I am a little anxious about taking them out for walks in the park.
