While I loved her voice, her outfit, and the inclusion of Spanish, I really felt that her shilling her own music during the inauguration was highly inappropriate and took away from everything else.

Oh, I totally agree with that. I didn't think that was appropriate at all. I actually thought it was a bit disrespectful to a traditional, sacred song. I also thought her singing Dream On on NYE was ridiculous and she could not pull it off.
BUT...regardless...she is definitely living her best life and I wouldn't mind a day in her shoes.

Thank you! I thought the same thing. Very inappropriate. It was not one of her concerts. Time and place for everything.

Thank you! I thought the same thing. Very inappropriate. It was not one of her concerts. Time and place for everything.
If you really listened to it, she was sending a message for us to Get Loud because this land was made for us too, minorities are part of this country as well. Reason for the spanish, making a statement. Making sure everyone finally gets woke and hears it.
And it wasn’t the national anthem, that song isn’t so sacred. People need to stop.
ETA: I think using words like inappropriate and tradition is over the top considering it was tradition to not have a women VP and a minority at that.

That woman has a deal with the devil. How does she look like that in her 50's??? I'm not buying that healthy eating and no alcohol will pull that off, nor am I willing to find out.

I was watching her on Shades of Blue when that was on and was in awe of how flawless her skin is. And not the "I had a shit ton of plastic surgery, fillers, my face is pulled into an inch of it's life" flawless. You can always tell when it's fake, it never looks right.
Her skin just looks youthful and flawless.
I'm not saying she hasn't had something done, and of course she can afford the best dermatological care and skin care products, but still- my skin didn't look that amazing when I was 20.
So much of it is genetics. Luck of the genetic draw!

I agree, definitely genetics. Pretty much everyone in my family looks young. I look like I’m in my 30s but no where near as hot and flawless as JLo.
My aunt just turned 63 everyone thinks she’s 50.
I think it’s genetics, good diet, she’s not into drinking or partying, she has staff to help her and trainers to maintain her body. And I think she had Botox done and nose job even though she denies it.
