When is a baby not considered a "newborn" anymore?

My Ped's office stops classifying them as newborns at 3 months.
Then they are infants.

Newborn ~ birth - 12 months
Baby ~ 12 months - 2 years
Toddler ~ 2 years and above

I always think after 3months, then they are an infant.
LOL, if Carter's says 12 lbs, Steven stopped being a newborn at less than a month old

and depending on what you're going by, even smaller...they have a "nb" size AND 0-3...
