when is a good day to test for that bfp

it might be a really stupid question lol but how manys dpo should you wait before taking a test? when is it considered not to early

Well, ideally, you should wait until AF is late. However, most of us test earlier than that! I did get my bfp at 9 dpo this time, but everyone is different and it depends upon how much HCG hormone is in your system - if there is not enough, obviously you will get a bfn, leading to discouragement. The hcg increases at different times in every person. I just knew the exact day I was ovulating that cycle and had a feeling I was pg.

I personally think that if you cannot wait until she is late, try to hold off until at least 12 dpo if you can. It's so hard, and I should be one to talk about holding out!! Good luck!!

According to the pregnancy tests, you can test 4 days before AF. I'd suggest waiting until at least 12 dpo if you can't wait until AF is due though!

I got mine at 7 dt 3 dt so around 10 dpo I assume.
