When is the best time to go to Las Vegas
....money wise. I know that there are certain times of the year where it's way more expensive than others. I have a $200 gift voucher for American Airlines that we would like to use. TIA

It is cheaper during the summer but since it's not a beach resort, the fluctuation isn't as great as say the Caribbean.
The cheapest time to go, no matter what time of year, is mid-week.

My friend lives there and she said there is a specific time of the year that the prices to go up because a lot of conventions are held there.
I think she said the best time to go is after may

I think May is the best time to go (weather wise), but it may be most expensive. I would imagine that the summer would be cheaper, because it is so hot.

We went at the end of april and it was great. Weather was wonderful. Prices for the hotels were low because of it being off season

I personally would go between Nov - April/May. The first time DH and I went it was June and it was 115+ degrees. The next time we went it was the day after Christmas and we had sooooo much more fun. The weather was between 60-65 so we were able to do alot of walking.
