when should a house come off mls?
If you are in contract on a house, how long should it stay up on mls?

The house I bought stayed on for a while pretty much up till the point of closing.

Our stayed up until right before closing. It made me so mad! Even though I knew we signed the contracts and it was ours, I didn't see the point of having it still on MLS.

Our stayed up until right before closing. It made me so mad! Even though I knew we signed the contracts and it was ours, I didn't see the point of having it still on MLS.
we asked our agent to see a house we saw on mlsli more than a month ago and she said it was sold. it's STILL there

For our purchase it was a week or two after we signed the contract. Their agent was a bit  in general so I think it was more her than anything else.
