The nurse suggested doing the meat at dinnertime but I give her cereal, a full veggie, and 1/2 fruit.
Do I move the cereal to lunch or keep it at dinner with the meat, skip the veggie or fruit???

I did the fruit w/ cereal in morning and try to combine the meat/veg for dinner. I don't think it really matters with babies. They could eat meat in the morning and fruit at night and not know the difference.
My dh freaked one night when he saw me feeding the baby pears for dinner! Now my ds only eats puffs for breakfast lunch and dinner! Oh well..good luck.

I stopped giving cereal for dinner once he was on stage 2s. I would definitely get rid of one at dinner, probably the cereal. Definitely keep the veggie.

So I'm dropping down to cereal once a day? (breakfast)

I give cereal 2x a day. Morning with fruit and dinner with 1/2 veggie and 1/2 meat (more of one of those if he'll take it)....I took the fruit out of dinner b/c I give it to him for breakfast, sometimes lunch and he eats pieces of fruit as a snack.
