When taking pre-natals...
did you stop taking your previous vitamins (like One a Day, etc)?
do you think it would be ok to take them both?

I was told to stop taking the One A Day I was taking.
The prenatals should be more than enough.

I take One a Day “weight smart” and really believe that they help speed up my metabolism. I don’t want to stop taking them

I would not take both. There are certain minerals and nutrients that you should not have too much of.

I actually compared both and they seem to have mostly the same types of vitamins, so I stopped my one-a-day
