when to be concerned re hand flapping/leg kicking?
dd does this OFTEN - she is an active, curious baby and i wouldn't say she does this constantly but if we're in the living room and Moose comes on the TV or if she's trying to get to a fav toy/fridge magnet etc... she's not crawling yet. does everyone else's babies display excitement this way?

I believe that is all very normal! that's their way of expressing their excitement!

oh she's excited alright! when i get home or when she sees her grandparents etc. she also loves to grab their heads (and hair) and screams "aaahhh" - i think she thinks its a game
