When to do the things that increase CM?
I've read on these boards you can do certain things to increase CM. I just wonder, when do you do them - a week before, a couple of days before?
Also, what can be done (I seem to have some, but more couldn't hurt 
Green tea
Robitussin
Mucinex
Carrots
What else?

Cervical Mucus. It's a good indicator of when to BD, BD, and BD some more. It indicates ovulation is approaching.

i think i also heard grapefruit juice helps (one cup a day?) 
I am also doing the green tea thing this month, one and a half cup a day till I Ovulate

hope this isnt TMI but CM is like eggwhites and can be very stretchy
you tend to see it like 3-4 days before you ovulate (or atleast i do), if you are looking for it, you should see a difference from regular dischange which can be more creamy (i tend to get that after my period ends and after i ovulate)

I just got home from the organic food store. I bought decaf green tea, organic baby carrots and carrot juice. I had never had carrot juice before. I tried to drink a small glass - GAG! But I'll drink it anyway if there's any chance it will help.

aughh i know..i hate tea of any kind and its a struggle every night to drink it, but i keep telling myself its for a good cause :)
