When to pack hospital bag
When did you pack your hospital bag? DH is on my back about doing this (actually, he's been telling me to do it since I was 20 weeks ). I am 34 weeks. I think it's a little too soon. Am I nuts or is DH?

I would say at 36 weeks in case you go early. I packed mine the night before I was induced at 38 weeks so I was lucky it was packed!

I was not prepared...was packing on my way out the door. DD was almost 3 weeks early.

I was half packed and ended up going 8 days early and having to run out the door without my bag, DH got everything while I was in hospital...don't wait for the last second!

I did it at maybe 39 weeks - I had a list of what I wanted to pack before that though - so if I had gone early, I would have scouped it up on the way out - or DH or my mom would have brought it.

I did it around 36 weeks and had everything in their except my toiletries. Around 37-38 weeks we installed the carseat base and 39 weeks I gave birth. The night I went into labor after I freshned up I threw what ever I needed into the bag and we were out the door.

Whenever you want but I do agree that you might not want to wait past 36 weeks - you never know.
