when traveling- do you wear your rings ?
Do you wear your wedding rings or bring nice jewelry when on vacation to places where you will be in the water?

It depends on where we're going... when we went to Thailand I didn't wear my engagement ring, just my wedding band... but when we went on our cruise or to places in Europe I've worn both.

i always wear them have been to costa rica belize italy and in the us. going to the bahamas wearing them there too

Absolutely not. Did not even wear them on my honeymoon. I would be devestated if I lost my e ring or wedding ring. I do have a plain band that I wear instead.

I always wear both my e-ring and wedding band. If we're doing something where we will be in the water, I leave my rings in the hotel safe and put on my plain band.

I only wore my wedding ring twice.. once to for my HM and then when we went back home.. never my e-ring. But since then, I usually wear a wedding band.. and keep my rings at home.

On cruises I wear both and lock my e-ring in the safe when we go on the islands and just wear my wedding band. In Europe I got a faux set bc I was so paranoid and I knew we were going to be using the metro and walking at night alot.
Next week we're going to DR I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet. I may just wear my wedding band.

ETA: In the water and all, I've never in my life had a ring slip off my finger just because I was in water.

I never have either, however my fingers do shrink a little in cooler water and I'd hate to have to worry when in waves, snorkeling/swimming

I didn't in Thailand and doubt I will in Argentina. I have a plain wedding band that I used for our Jewish wedding ceremony and that I wear when playing sports so I'll just wear that on trips.

I shoiuld have said I wear my rings all the time if we're just going to be in the pool. However, if we're going snorkeling or at the beach I wear my plain band. I hate that the diamonds get so dirty from the salt water!!

On the cruise I do, if I'm on the ship. I don't if I go to an excursion.
Travelling to other big cities - New Orleans or even when we go to NYC for the day - no. I have a simple wedding band I wear, it's not my everyday one and definitely not my e-ring.
