When viewing homes...
When viewing homes, what questions do you ask the realtor (or homeowner if the house is still occupied)?
For example:
How old is the roof, boiler, etc.
What are the zoned schools...
Does anyone have a full list of questions usually asked... I want to make sure we cover all our bases... First time buyer!

Re: When viewing homes...
One question we always asked was "where is the cesspool". We wanted a pool. And if the house didn't have one, we wanted to make sure the cesspool wasn't in the backyard or be in the way if it was.
ETS: Another thing we asked was if it was sewers or cesspools.

Gas or oil.
Amount of traffic on street (this is something I learned after the fact because we live not too far from a town park).
Another question to ask: any issues with flooding/is basement waterproofed.
(Also if you notice the appliances are up higher this is usually an indication).
We also asked about termites.
