When was your first PP period (if you are not breastfeeding)?
I am 4 weeks PP and have had some mild cramps the last few days. Could this be my first period coming already? I am not breastfeeding--I know it takes longer to get your first period if you are.

I only BF for 2 weeks...i got mine at about 8wks i believe...i know dosent comepletely help you since i did attempt to BF but it wasnt for long so its a starting point!
that being said everyone is dif...a friend of mine BF for a week...she got hers about 10-11wks PP

i didnt get my first pp period till 3 months later. and i did NO breast feeding at all.

I bled from birth for about 5 weeks and then I got my first AF about 3 weeks later.

I had a little cramping around 4 weeks also and swore it was coming. I'm now 6 weeks PP and no sign of it yet

6 weeks to the day and that was about 2 weeks after my PP bleeding stopped. I felt like I had my period for 2 months.
I did not breastfeed.
