Actually yes I did - he was one of my best friends and we always said "if we dont meet our soulmates by age 30, we will get married! We got along so well and were so close anyhow , it seemed like the perfect relationship outside of the fact there was no love connection
BUT I knew in my heart I would/could never.. it was just our desire for marriage talking. 30 came and passed for both of us and we were still single  but we both shortly thereafter met our DH and DW, respectively

And even when we broke up because he cheated on me, he was still like...remember we said we would marry if we were still single when we were 25..

i was gonna say the same thing!!!!!!!!!!! was he an actor? mine was my acting buddy and i looved him...but not in that way. he didn't come out until after college. he was such a great guy!!!

Yes, but the age was like 65. So we wouldn't have to be old and alone and lonely. I lost contact with him a few years ago.

Yes, my best guy friend from High School. We always said by time we were 30. At thirty he was dating a 20 year old. Come to think of it, at 38 he's again dating a 20 year old
