Doctor told me today she wants me to stop two weeks before my due date.

I would like to give myself a week off before the birth, but my due date is the last day of classes, so I can't. I'll be there til the end, unless I go early.

im due 8/7. Im on vacation 8/1(wed)through 8/3. Im hoping to not go back to work the week of my dd. ill play it by ear when it gets closer. i saved 2 weeks vacation incase i want to be home.

My plan was to go till the end. But apparently that's not my doctor's plan. I was recently informed that he would like me to stop working much earlier due to my oddly shaped uterus. So, as it turns out, my last day of work will be at 33w3d. I'm a teacher, so that falls 6 weeks before the school year ends (my due date is 5 days after school ends). I'm not thrilled about it, but of course I will do what is best for me and my baby.

I'm still working. My EDD is 4/28 and I'll be 38 wks on Saturday. Next week I plan to work Mon, Tues, Thurs, Friday, and then see how I feel at the end of the week. If I still feel like I can do it, I'm work the same part-time schedule the following week. I don't plan to work after 4/27. If I'm late, I relax that week until the baby comes. (And if the baby comes early, then I'll have worked up until the end.)

I stopped working at 7 weeks because I am the laziest person ever and have no career goals. I am just so excited for my baby girl and use everyday to plan for her arrival.
