When you get home from shopping...
Do you unload the car first and leave the baby in the carseat? (just bringing in the packages - not actually unpacking them in the house while leaving the baby outside!)
OR
Bring the baby inside and THEN unload the car?
(Just a thought I had driving home from KMart  )

usually bring the baby in first (if he's awak)
if he's sleeping then i leave him in the car - unload - and then get him.

Baby come in first, I leave her in the seat inside the house - either awake or asleep.
Then I get everything else.
I'm afraid someone will see how cute she is in the car and try to steal her

Im the opposite.. I leave dd in car, LOCKED and bring all bags in 1st.
Why?
No more infant carrier.
Shes a crawler..I have steps and she would go right on floor. She is pretty much going to be unattended in house just as much as she is in the car.

Same here. Once he starts walking or moving everywhere he will still come in first and go in the pack N play while I unpack.

bring the baby in first and either put her in her hi chair with some cheerios or put her in the pnp
I would never leave her in the car while I bring things inside
