When you go shopping with DH ....
If he doesn't like something, but you do, do you end up getting it anyway? 
I really value DH's opinion. For me, it ends up depending on how much I like it. If I just "like" it but don't "love" it then I won't get it.
After all, I know if DH doesn't like it, I probably won't end up wearing it much.

I agree...it depends on how much I like it. We have some different tastes. There are some things I love, but he hates. I just tell him plain and simple to tell me I look beautiful because this is what I'm wearing and I like it!

definitely depends. Most times I'll take what he says to heart. If we're talking clothes tho - then, yes, of course i want him to like it too. He's the one who's gotta be looking at me all the time so I wanna look good. lol. But if I found something that I just LOVED and he didn't, I'd probably go for it anyway. He's a boy - he doesn't know 
ALTHOUGH - recently when going thru my Summer clothes, I pulled out this cute little green babydoll shirt that he'd never seen me in before and he was like "Yuck!". But I thought it was adorable so I hung it up in my closet anyway. Needless to say, I've yet to wear it

I very rarely shop for myself when I'm with DH...we window shop and I ask him if he likes certain styles sometimes (like trends)....for example, DH HATES maxi dresses. He thinks they are stupid and was shocked at how many stores have them when we were at the mall. He told me the only way I should wear them is if I let him cut them to a length he would approve of (aka, mini! )
I don't really like them for my body type anyway, so I don't care....usually DH won't give his opinion on things at all unless they're really trendy or specific. Most things he likes I think...sometimes he likes things that I don't really like any more, and he'll be like oh I like that shirt, how come you never wear it any more? That might make me more inclined to wear something again

Normally he won't voice his opinion unless he says something along the lines of "*****, that's ugly!" Then I know he'll absolutely hate it!

Totally agree with you...if I love it and he isn't crazy about it, I'd still get it..also depends why he doens't like it. I break it down to this:
Do you not like the way it looks on me,
OR
Do you just not like the style, color etc.
If he says he doens't like the way it looks/fits me I probably wouldn't get it.

DH loves to go shopping!! I prefer to go shopping for myself by myself and I usually buy what I like when it comes to clothes. On occassion he will comment on how he doesn't like the new shoes I bought but, too bad he's not wearing them. However, if it's something for the home like a duvet cover or bath towels or a decorative piece I usually won't buy it if he doesn't like it. I try to find something else that we can both agree upon.

Generally, no. If it's something small like an outfit and he hates it, I know I probably wouldn't wear it often. If it's a large purchase, we have to agree before spending $$$.

Same with me. But if he happens to come he tries to be a good sport about it but I still feel rushed because I know he wants to leave. As for his opinion it depends on what it is and how much. But if I really love it and really want it he usually doesn't care if I get it whether he likes it or not. But we pretty much have the same taste.
