Usually do light weights and then about 45 minutes of cardio then abs. If I have my trainer, I do weights with him alternating between upper and lower body & abs then cardio. I used to do cardio first but I found that I just didn't have the stamina to do weights afterwards.

I do a different muscle group each time...
Back and Bis Chest and Tris Legs and Shoulders
Then I do about 30 mins or so-- give or take depending on how much time I have of cardio, then about 10 mins of abs and stretching.

I do cardio intervals 3x per week
I weight train every other day, alternating upper body and lower body/abs.
On the days that I do cardio intervals, I don't work my lower body - instead I'll jog a mile or two to warm up.
But then I have off days, like today -- I ran three miles because I didn't feel like touching weights.
