I use parchment paper... but for cakr pans I use canola and a papertowels

try using BAKERS JOY. its in the baking aisle. its a spray flour..nothing sticks!!

Most cookie recipes I use don't require greasing but when I do grease baking pans I use the butter or margarine wrapper from whatever I'm making
