Usually it is Dh/myself and them then and their DH or SO, but not me and her and her SO. That would drive me nuts after a while.
When I was in college my roommate had a boyfriend who hung out with her 24/7. He was like a another roommate !!!In fact I started calling them one name by putting the two names together. suffice it to say, the friendship suffered a good deal because of it.
