When you have an appointment with a doctor (NOT health)
When you have an appointment with a doctor do you call it:
- a doctor's appointment
or
- a doctor appointment
(Imagine that you're sending an email to your co-workers to let them know why you'll be late...)

I would say doctor's appointment, although really it's my appointment with him, not his appointment with me.
