when you meet a friends new SO...
can you usually tell if its going to last, right away?
Dh and i were talking about this last night. Last night, we met our friend's new girlfriend. a group of us all went out to dinner. on the way home, DH and i were saying how nice she was and how something just seemed "right" about it (lol now i probably jinxed it!)... ever happen to anyone else?

Unfortuntely the opposite of what we think usually happens. We love a friends SO, and it doesn't work out. Then they get someone we can't stand and they stay together and get married *shudder*
