Depends on the fever. If it's a low grade fever (up to 101 for me) I just give some Tylenol.

I do, but we dealt with a febrile seizure last year, so we tend to be a little crazier with fevers.

i just feel his head & cheeks in the middle of the night, i wont wake him unless he is hot and I think he needs more tylenol.

I just dealt with this recently. If he felt really warm, I woke him for tylenol. If not, then I let him sleep.

Yes with lips to the forehead. If she is warm then I wake for Motrin and a real temp.
