When your DC first started solids....
what did you feed them at each:
morning
midmorning
lunch
midafternoon
dinner

For some reason I always do dinner...I guess b/c Im just not a morning person.

At the 11:30 am feeding. The pediatrician sugguested this time so if your child doesnt adjust well, it has the whole day to get back to normal

I started at dinner time since I work f/t and wanted her to eat when we eat. It worked out well for us.

I feed
breakfast - cereal and fruit (1/2 container of stage 2)
Lunch - cereal, 1/2 fruit and 1/2 veggie stage 2
Dinner - same as lunch
this has been her schedule since about 6 months
We also give her a little table food, puffs, cheerios, chicken, beef, apples
my lil girl loves to eat
