Re: When your DC rolls on their belly in the crib while sleeping
I did the first few nights - I barely slept. Then I watched them while they napped and they did the same thing. I figured if they were ok while they were napping, they were probably ok at night too.

Re: When your DC rolls on their belly in the crib while sleeping
I think she is old enough now as long as she can lift her head up and turn it from side to side. DS started stomach sleeping very early, maybe 3 months. I didnt sleep for awhile and kept flipping him over and tried 3 different sleep positioners. The dr. told me to leave him alone, there is nothing I can do and he was strong enough.

Once they roll over you let them stay on their tummy..as hard as it is!

Re: When your DC rolls on their belly in the crib while sleeping
I posted this same question a few days ago, but only got one response. My son just started doing this too. Sometimes when he turns over, it wakes him up and he cries. In that case, I turn him back over. But, now I'm finding him on his tummy, sleeping peacefully, in the morning. It does scare me though because only a little bit of his nose is not buried!!

Nope, I keep her there. She's 5.5 months now and has been rolling both ways for a long time now.
