Mmmm....my Abuelita makes it even better than my mother. She gets a kick out of putting an entire can of beer in it. (grandma, that is)

There are a few stores in Mineola that specialize in Portuguese products - they also carry paella pans.
Fairway should have them too.

I just bought one for my mother for Christmas!!!! I got it through Sur La Table.
ETA: The funny thing...that was what I was going to get my secret santa for Christmas but ending up getting her PJ's because I thought she would like them better.
