Not sure if you pass through Penn station but there is the stocking store upstairs. They are sure to have them.

I've gotten them at Macy's. Also, believe it or not, I've also bought them at CVS--they have a bit thicker "net" and a solid black sole.

HAHA I was going to say CVS too!!! I had been looking for them forever and almost fainted when I saw them there.
