Where can I buy Plus size materinity clothes?
I don't want to order online, but be able to go in there and try on. I have read on here JCPenny's but anyone know anywhere else? TIA!!

I LOVE JC Penney's options - they're great, but online only!
I haven't found many actual STORES. Motherhood normally has one rack (of clearance)....
Depending on your KMart - you may luck into some tops or pants...

I've had a lot of trouble this pg finding plus size clothes. JC Penny's does not have plus sizes in the store - only online. I really think that only motherhood maternity has plus size clothes in the stores. But, it's only some stores. I know the one in Broadway mall has a good selection. The maternity store at the source mall has some plus size but not a lot.
Last time I was pg, I was living out of state and I found a store that sold second hand clothes. It was great. Not sure if there are any like that around here but I was able to get a lot of clothes from them in all different brands.
Old navy only has up to size xl in the store. If you want xxl, you have to order on line. Lane Bryant only had maternity on line but I found out the other day that they discontinued the line.

I think Motherhood at Sunrise Mall carries plus sizes in the store.

I just found out that Destination Maternity has plus sizes - it is across the street from the Walt Whitman Mall in Melville

Ugh - thank you for this thread...I've been wondering about this too. I've been getting so upset trying to find things...and the problem is that I'm VERY big normally (I gained like 50 lbs this year), so I'm limited when it comes to even buying non-maternity bigger sizes...it's very depressing. I don't know where to shop anymore After the baby comes I need to lose some serious weight!

That is exactly what I plan to do...I figure it is a good time to get rid of all the weight, not just baby weight!! I also saw online that Motherhood Maternity has plus sizes but when I called the store the # just rang, so not 100% sure....

like i said above - JC Penney online has a GREAT selection - i have been very, very happy with every purchase made from their catalog. They have sizes up to 4X in most tops!
Old Navy is not good at all for girls like you & I (i've met Melissa)....i found their tops run small and i wound up returning EVERYTHING i ordered from them.
Lane Bryant DID have a maternity section, a VERY good one in fact, but that's gone now.

They only have about 3 racks in the whole store of Plus size. VERY limited.
The Motherhood in the Hicksville Mall has plus Size but again its limited.
Honestly I found ordering form JC penny b/c of the huge selection the easiest and I just returned what I didnt like or didnt fit.
Some Sears stores have some too...

I have gotten some stuff at the Motherhood outlet (in Riverhead). I have also gotten a lot at The Gap or Old Navy (mostly online for those two).

I had no luck at any of the stores. I wound up ordering from motherhood plus online and I found everything I got to be very comfy- I love the jeans wear them all the time!
