Where can I exchange dollars for Euros?
I'm in Western Sufffolk and want to give my nieces Euros in anticipation of their trip to Europe.
I bank at Teachers and highly doubt they have any....I am guessing an international bank? Where can I go?
I assume there will be a fee for this but I wonder if it's reasonable?

Call your bank - they may be able to order them for you!

I believe Capital One back takes 3 days when you order them. TD Bank may already have them on hand. They charge a fee. Just give a few days in case they need to order them.

They can get them, the turn around is 2 business days...but you need to be a customer of theirs.
