Where can I find Balloon Artists that are similar to...

This guy is phenomenal ! I knew him many years ago, he used to work at Okey Dokeys in hauppauge as an entertainer- He is a magician but also does incredible balloon art...

I know there are good ones at Millers on Hempstead tpk in levittown maybe call them and see who they use.
