Where can I find plain tanks & bike shorts?

I've tried ON, Kohls, Target...nothing.

Unless it's just too early?

gymboree has shorts with little ruffles on them for girls. I got three of them for DD at $5.50 a pair. They came in the mail today.

Target has plain tanks in size 4 (the older girls section). Walmart.com has bike shorts online (not that cute, but we use them under dresses, not alone). Children's place also has them. They are called Cartwheel shorts online.

I have gotten them before at Nordstroms - they held up for 2 summers and now DD#2 will wear them. I saw them online (you can pick up in the store) they are $10 and come in white, black and light pink (they have lace at the bottom - and they work perfectly under skirts and dresses). I'm definitely picking up more this year - they work great under dresses and skirts for the playground.
