Where can I find this type of socks?
I'm looking for the old-school type boys socks (don't know the exact name  ). They're long white socks with colored banding on the top. Lately they've become popular again (the Girls Next Door wear them, which looks ridiculous to me, but whatever )
Working on an outfit for DD to wear for a Father's Day gift for DH 
Would Wal-Mart or BRU have them?  I obviously need toddler size.

Tube socks?
Ebay has one auction for toddler ones. I've never seen them in stores, but then again never looked. They would def. be in the boys section if they had them

Yeah, that's them-- tube socks sounds familiar now 
Hmm...it's my new mission now. Need to find them for cheap!

We recently bought some for DS at Walmart. But they only go about 1/3 of the way up the leg, maybe 1/2 way up the calf. Not sure if you want them to go all the way up to the knee.

Oh, thanks. I'll definitely check Wal-Mart.
I'm not sure how high they need to go I want them to look like they're covering soccer shin guards, so those sound like they could work.
