Where can I find whole wheat pre-made pizza dough?
And are there any that are already pre-cooked in the stores?

Trader Joe's has whole wheat pizza dough. It's not precooked, but it is good and pretty easy to make.

stop & shop (when I lived in NY) sold wheat dough raw. Both in the fridge and freezer section. Very easy to use and good.

In our supermarket they have prepackaged Mama Mary's whole wheat pizza crusts...it is usually in the bread aisle near the boboli crusts....
it looks like this but in a green package:

Yep, I've bought Whole Wheat pizza dough from Stop and Shop- in the dairy section by the cheese
