Where can I get a measuring tape? the fabric flexible ones?
I need to measure DD for something and of course I have a client dinner tonight so can't make it to a fabric store  Do they sell them at CVS type stores??

I think they do. I've picked up a needle & thread in CVS when I lost a button while I was out.
Target & Walmart would definitely have them

Worst case scenario - measure her with string, then measure the string..

Yes, CVS would most likely have it in the sewing area/housewares.
