We got a ceiling fan/light at the home depot by us & we love it. I will try to post pics when my DH sets it up this weekend.

This is the route we went with as well. We did a fan/light from Lowes.

I agree with this. You can also try online. I just googled kids ceiling fans. I ended up getting this one from Lowes. I really wanted a chandalier but decided on a ceiling fan because I wanted to circulate the air in the room, and was also told that the blades are a great distraction for the baby while changing. I figured that this one is kind of a combination of the two.
We don't know what we're having yet, but if it is a boy, I will just paint one side of the blades to be something appropriate and get different shades for it. Image Attachment(s):

We have sophet (sp?) lighting in the babies room now in this apartment but when we were living with FIL we had a ceiling fan and she LOVED it! Some of her first laughs/smiles were directed towards that ceiling fan!!
