where can I get CHEAP invitations??
for DDs christening???
I need like 50 and I dont want to spend a lot....they dont have to be personalized either. I can fill them out
the cheapest ones at Party City are $3.49 for an 8 pack so I would need 7 packs and thats over $25.....does anyone know any dollar stores that carry baptism invites
maybe someone can help me make some
any advice or help would be appreciated

hmmm, did you try all the stores like target and stuff? Sometimes they some on clearance?
Can you print them yourself?
I was gonna try once it came our time..BUt I think maybe the invites for the printer cost as much as the packs?
Online your gonna spend on shipping.
What about like National Wholesale liquidators?

winkflash has a sale going on, 5X7 photo cards, only 23cents each, and everyone loves to get photo invitations

otherwise, Ive also seen on clearance at Target, walmart, etc. the packs of 50 "elegant" invitations.

AC Moore has 8.5 x 11 sheets of paper that you can print as invites. You can get something that has a religious theme or design on it...I did a similar thing for my son's 5th bday (with a cowboy/western theme) and everyone LOVED them.
The paper is 12 cents per sheet.

A dollarr store. I know that sounds crazy but I've seen really nice ones at dollar stores.
I printed my own on nice paper and they came out very nice.

I went to the dollar store, super cheap, but they did not have wedding shower ones...so I went to walmart.

I got mine from Costco- they are a pic of my DD, the date of the Christening and the name of the church. On a seperate piece of paper, I put the time, and where the party was afterwards and our phone number.
Total cost- 18.00 including the seperate sheets of paper and everyone loved getting a new pic of DD.

I got my son's b-day invites on clearance at Party City... they were 50cents for 10 invitations. I think certain party city's have good clearance ones. I got my sister's baby shower invitations at another one (on 110) for her shower, I think $10 for 50 invitations.

AC Moore has great stuff and for fill in the blanks I'd go to the 1/2 off card stores for packs of christening invite sets.
