Where can I get designer sunglasses repaired? Chanel sunglasses that we purchased at Nordstrom?

I purchased a pair of Chanel Sunglasses a few years ago at Nordstrom. The lenses have gotten scatched and damaged over the years. Instead of paying a few hundred dollars for a new pair of sunglasses, I would like to get my lenses fixed/replaced. The frames are in great condition.

I called the 1-800 on Chanel.com website and they transferred me to their repair #. It is run by a group named "Luxottica' that repairs various designer eyeglasses. I found numerous websites with negative comments against this group. I am hesistant to ship my sunglasses to a random company and chance never getting them back.

Is there a place that repairs designer sunglasses? Thanks!

Try your eye dr. They should be able to do it.

I returned mine to Luxottica and they repaired them for a nominal fee. I took a long time for the turn-around (2 weeks) but I was able to get new lenses for under $50... I didn't have a problem with the company. Just send them back via a trackable method. HTH

I got the lenses from my Gucci sunglasses replaced at Wize Eyes

I returned my broken Chanel sunglasses to Luxottica return receipt. They lost them and replaced them with a brand new pair!

Thank you for posting this! I posed the same question a while back about my Giorgio Armani glasses and no one knew. I'll have to look into some of these options.
