Where can I get good Risotto?
I'm craving some risotto, and the only place I remember seeing it on the menu was at Mercato's and it was only a special that they don't offer anymore.
Where can I get a good dish?

OK, don't laugh, but I pick up the Archer Farms brand at Target and make it as a side for me and DH.
It's probably not as good as a restaurant but may ease your craving. I like the wild mushroom one.

I had AMAZING risotto at a place in Locust Valley once, and I can't remember the name of it for the life of me...aghhhh
I think it *might've* been The Brass Rail.

It's different every night, but if you call they will tell you the specials.
They also have it Passione in Carle Place.

The little pizza/italian restaurant by Island 16 (movies) in Holtsville has a good one.
