where can I get the pork/beef/veal mixed chop meat?
I've tried my local supermarkets and I've never seen it there. Will my local butcher be able to do this for me?

I think i have seen it at newbridge farms on levittown pkwy in hicksville or at the supermarket on hempstead tpk same shopping center as consumers kitchen and bath I think its Uncle Guisppes

I get mine at BJ's 6.59 for 2 lbs it is marked as meatloaf mix...i use it for my meatballs

hm, I've been to waldbaums and I couldn't find it but when it comes to the grocery store I'm like a man with directions, I will never ask where things are. Maybe I'll ask next time, is it with the other chopped meats? The BJ's package sounds like a good idea too, thanks.
