Where can I get this done in Suffolk?
If I buy a wood item and want it personalized with a name or something (painted).
Are there any places that paint while you wait? Are there any in the mall, like a kiosk? Would they personalize something I bought elsewhere or do I have to buy one of their items?

Kelly, there is a place near me that does beautiful work. I don't think they would do something that you bought elsewhere but I never asked. It is in Commack. The website is http://babymerrygoaround.com/. I think the sign on the store says Merry Go Round but the website is Merry Go Around. There was someone who had the same products at the Attias Flea Market but the prices were the same and I liked the work of the guy in Commack better. He usually does not get it done the same day but I never asked because he was so close by. I could pick something up for you and then meet up (at the special place  --not what it sounds like, it is a place we take the kids for fun!)
