Where can I go for a visit today? (Sunday) TMI sorry
All planned parenthoods are closed. My doctor is closed. And now I am having MORE of this weird discharge that's like yellow/brown/tan. Just weird. I don't feel okay about it. I am afraid I have an infection or something.
I HAVE to work tomorrow from 8-6 so I will not be able to see my doctor. Tuesday same thing. He already saw me last week when I called about this what I thought was "spotting". He told me "Relax, you're fine, evrything looks great" and I don't want to seem like this annoying paranoid pregnant lady but if I learned anything last time it was to listen to my gut and intuition and something just doesn't seem right about this discharge.
Are there any clinics or anything open on Sunday that would see me and maybe do an u/s. I don't care about paying for the visit.

I don't know of any clinics but if you're very concerned I would just go over to the ER and have them check you out and make sure everything is okay. I am sure it's nothing to worry about but it can't hurt to be checked out.

Re: Where can I go for a visit today? (Sunday) TMI sorry
I guessing that the feeling you have is more puzzled with a little paranoia to it. If it was red or definite bleeding your feeling wouldn't be puzzled..........you'd be hysterically fr*eaking out. The tan/brown/yellow discharge IMO is exactly what it is....discharge. Some women have it more than others. To clear your mind, if you could find a walk in clinic on a Sunday then go. Otherwise I REALLY think you and baby cakes are okay! It's totally understandable that you might panic over a lot of things. this is your FIRST pg. Don't feel embarrassed. IMHO, you are fine!

Well it's not my first pg. Last time I spotted, called the doctor was told it was normal and 2 weeks later at my 12 week u/s found out baby had died 2 weeks prior so that's why I am feaking out. But thank you so much for your reassurance

I am sorry. I didn't know that. Please, I can totally understand how nervous you are. I've been down the road. I really do think that it's heavy discharge though. Obviously there is no way of calling into work on Mon right? The waiting game is very nerve wrecking. Don't you just wish you had a OBGYN in the family that you can just talk to?
Hang in there!

I would go to the ER, because you are pregnant they bring in the nurses from the Labor & Delivery to see you. At least this is what they did for me when I was five weeks preggo on Thanksgiving with a double ear infection and I NEEDED something for the pain. Before the doctors in the ER we to treat me they had to have a L&D nurse see me first.
So, I would go there. Hang in there.

Mikeswife we are having the same issues! every post I read of yours, could be my own. I totally understand your anxiety. Go to the ER just to put your mind at ease. I decided to wait till my Sono Tomorrow, but you should go today since you can't see your doc
Let us know how everything goes

At my dr's office, there's an emergency # you can call to see the Dr. on call. I'd do that. Don't worry about seeming like a nervous mom.... you have very very good reasons to be nervous!
If your Dr. DOESN'T have an emergency #, I'd then go to the ER.
oh, I didn't see your last post....
good luck!!!!!

I have the same thing - yellow/tanish color and my doctor said I had nothing to worry about.
However, you know your body best and if you are truly that concerned, go to the ER and get checked out. It can't hurt and it will put your mind at ease.
Keep us posted!!! Take care!
