Re: where can i have a breast pump professionally cleaned?
I just sold mine this morning
I never heard of such a thing.... I borrowed my SIL's when I had Andrew and I just boiled and sterilized all the parts, and steam sterilized the tubing and such that I couldn't boil (Medela sells steam sterilizer bags). The pumps work where they should not be contaminated inside, if that's what you mean?
The new one I bought when I had Lauren I used only 2x!! Only 1 bottle and the shields, both of which could be sterilized. or just new parts bought.

i am going to give my cousin my unused tubings and shields and stuff, but it thought there may be a way to clean the backpack?

If you only used it a couple of times, there is no way the pump itself needs to be cleaned.

I agree. I'm sure it's totally fine as is.
