where did you get your king size bed and what kind is it if you know? do you like it? would you recommend it?

We got ours at Sleepy's, it's a kingsdown mattress. It was $$$ but DH HAD to have it.  Yeah, it's a good mattress, but not worth what we spent I don't think. I would have been fine in something less expensive.

we got our mattress from sleepys 2 months ago... simmons beautyrest hamlet plush... it was on sale (or so they say) for $1200 i believe... no boxspring... we like it so far... we feel no moment from one another which could also be the effect of being in a diff time zone in a king bed

1-800 mattress-they offered us the best price around AND threw in a mattress pad. THey bought the 2 we couldn't decide between to our house and set them up in the living room for us to try. Once we decided-they put it up in our bedroom.

LOVE it. We bought a new headboard/footboard with it as our old bed was queen size so I think the mattress/boxspring alone was about $2,000.
