I bought one from Motherhood and I started wearing it around 3 months or so IIRC.

its sort of like a bella band but for postpartum use to help pull things together

I was planning to use an elastic wrap thingie that they sell at surgical supply stores. I did that after my fibroid surgery. It helped with soreness but I don't think it did a thing to help me back into shape. I was going to try it again anyway.
